Our client, a law firm based in the West End, is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team ASAP. The successful candidate will have customer service experience, be a strong team player, have a can-do attitude and professional. This role does not require office experience, however a candidate that a flexible attitude towards work and always willing to help out. General description: * Copying, scanning and binding documents * Printing and assembling large documents * General office admin * Preparing drinks for client meetings * Buying food and setting up the meeting room for weekly staff lunch meetings * Covering reception at lunch time and at the end of the day (or some mornings if the usual receptionist has an appointment out of the office or is running late, etc.) * Hand deliveries in the local area and delivering documents to court/Home Office/Foreign Office/embassies * Dealing with post/mail (franking machine, going to the post office, etc.) * Monitoring and ordering stationery supplies.
