PA/ Financial Planning Administrator
Our client, a professional, well-established firm of Financial Planners based in Stoke-on-Trent currently require an experienced Financial Services Administrator to work in a Personal Assistant capacity.
The role will be working on a one-to-one basis with one of the company's Directors, providing a full administrative support service. The duties will be varied, involving everything from diary management, meeting preparation and making travel arrangements to processing business, maintaining the company database or liaising with external Providers, Paraplanning and Compliance companies.
Candidates must have previous experience of working in Financial Services, ideally within an IFA or Wealth Management Practice. You should have a good, working knowledge of Pensions and Investments and must be able to perform tasks such as processing business or obtaining quotations without any training. You should be highly organised, self-motivated and must be a strong communicator (both written English and verbal). Candidates who have progressed towards the Diploma Financial Planning will be at an advantage but this is not essential.
The company are willing to pay a generous salary and package to the successful candidate and as a fairly small business, can potentially offer a degree of flexibility as well. Ambitious candidates will also be offered the opportunity to progress within the business, into technical or Advisory roles and to study for professional qualifications, such as the Diploma Financial Planning.
