Office Manager London - 12 month contract £90 - £110 per day The opportunity for an enthusiastic, proactive Office Manager to join our growing team. The ideal Office Manager will be responsible for the effective running of the office, forward planning for recruitment and working closely with all team managers. The successful Office Manager would ideally come from a Digital/ Media background. Recruitment/ HR * Receiving holiday requests from staff and getting them approved by the relevant members of production. * Tracking staff attendance and absences via excel spreadsheet that will be used as a reference by accounts. * Being a point of contact for staff to report sick days/leave. * Keeping track of holiday allowances: days remaining vs day taken. * Making contact with new starters once they have been offered a position - settling them into the office with the Welcome Pack etc * Liaising with systems to organise their seat, correct machine, log ins etc * Drawing up their contract to be sent before starting, then presented as a hard copy for them to sign. * Collecting all new starter info for accounts. * Collating staff invoices to be checked before passing to a senior for approval then to accounts. * Approving timesheets on a weekly basis for freelancers from agencies. * Checking and approving invoices generated from agencies. * Getting approval on expenses/invoices as requested by accounts department. Day to Day office Maintenance * Dealing with staff queries/questions/needs. * Liaising with reception/runner department for anything needed. * Making sure all staff have alarm fobs/swipe cards when needed and are aware of security system.
