If you've earned a reputation as a driven, focused Business Development Executive with exceptional influencing skills and a sound track record working within the Work Based Learning Sector, our client will be keen to hear from you. Working as part of the senior management team, you'll be based at their spacious, striking, contemporary offices in the West Midlands. You will be tasked to build your own employer portfolio and you will be visiting clients throughout mainly the West Midlands, but also further afield, with the intention of obtaining a thorough understanding of their training needs so that you can offer tailored, innovative training solutions. Your approach will be truly consultative as you will understand the importance of asking intelligent, business critical questions to identify a company's corporate objectives and the challenges they face meeting their aims. You will of course be au fait with selling Apprenticeships into levy and non levy employers. As this is a client facing role, where you will be presenting at senior level, you will be extremely well presented and highly articulate. For exceptional candidates and exceptional salary will be offered along with an extremely attractive bonus. Business Development Manager: The essentials. * Literacy and numeracy to level 2 or GCSE or CSE Grade C or above * Good standard of general education * Full, clean driving license Business Development Manager: Your experience. * Proven track record of selling Apprenticeships * A consultative approach to selling tailored training solutions * Truly results driven with a strong desire to achieve * The ability to motivate and inspire people * A systematic approach to sales and marketing * An articulate and effective communicator - both written and verbally * Experience creating innovative training proposals * The ability to open doors and build strong business relationships * Ethical, honest with a high degree of professional integrity Business Development Manager: The organisation. * Our client is a well established, multi-site, prestigious Training Provider. They are Matrix Accredited and IIP Silver but aiming towards Platinum Standard. Providing a broad range of generic and specific Apprenticeships and Commercial training to levy and non levy payers this progressive Training Provider operates from prestigious, state of the art training facilities. Over the years, this Training Provider has achieved considerable and enviable growth. They are now looking to expand further and open additional offices as a response to the demand created by an effective Business Development Team. This company boasts and has a reputation for a well experienced team of training professionals, who have a track record in supporting learners to help them flourish. Business Development Manager: The role. * Creating and implementing a systematic sales and marketing strategy * Inspiring and mentoring a sales team to achieve exceptional results * Promoting both Apprenticeship and Commercial training to employers * Visiting clients * Undertaking a Organisational Needs Analysis * Providing creative training solutions * Up to £60,000 * 20 days + stats (increases every year, after 5 years 33 + stats) * Pension * After 12 months healthcare is on offer * 23p per mile with option to use Mercedes A-Class pool car * A DBS (formerly CRB) check prior to commencement of role is required.
