iRecruit Partners are currently working with a marketing agency based in Maidenhead who are looking for an Account Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. You will be managing all client campaigns on brief, on time and on budget and deliver excellent customer service. You will also support the AD in developing the client relationships and the business through being a fully active part of the account team and the wider company team. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently and effectively - on brief, on time and on budget Understand the company processes and systems and how to progress projects as efficiently as possible Fantastic attention to detail across all work Ability to set and meet realistic expectations Communication - listen, understand and question Finance - manage quoting for projects Understand the client - their business, products, objectives, marketing ideas and creative likes and dislikes Deliver excellent customer service and develop strong relationships with key clients Understand each client’s expectations and deliver to those requirements Keep in regular contact with all client contacts via phone Understand different marketing activities, when to use them and how to optimize each activity Ensure campaigns that we deliver are the best that they can be Take ownership of projects from start to finish Understand how to optimize design for each activity Understand studio creation processes, print production and the company’s digital services Identify opportunities for additional services that would support client objectives and work with the Account Director to deliver them Keep up to date on client developments (new products, people etc.) Work within the team to provide support and help to others when needed; both within account teams and across the company REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will have an agency background (preferably a technology agency) with a minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience Strong organisation and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Project management skills Ability to multi-task Understanding of job finances Pride in work Flexibility Communication - listen, understand and question Commitment to deliver Ability to build relationships with clients Marketing background, ideally technology/channel Understand marketing services and production/development processes - design, digital, print Demonstrable experience of managing digital projects Ability to recommend relevant tactics to optimize each job Understand and implement campaign metrics, measurement and ROI KEYWORDS: Marketing / Agency / Account / Management / Technology / Project Management
