My client is a leading Wealth Management / Financial Advisory firm, with offices across the whole of the UK, providing Wealth and Investment Advice to both individuals and businesses successfully for a number of years. We are currently seeking Senior Administrators to join the firm based in the Central Leeds offices. As 2nd person to the Administration Manager you will be responsible for looking after the Administration processes within the firm and therefore your role will not just be as an Administrator you'll also be leading the team, you will be responsible for checking the work of others and making sure that things are all correctly in place, so we are seeking someone who will have the initiative to notice errors in reports, errors in the processing of new business and ensuring that the department runs smoothly with minimal errors and to maximum capacity. General duties will involve Processing New Business, creating and managing client records, ensuring documentation and records meet FCA requirements, preparing valuations and illustrations, preparing meeting packs and reports for Advisers and Directors and dealing with queries from Product providers, 3rd parties and clients. We are seeking someone who has 3-6+ years working as an Administrator within an IFA environment, ideally you will have studied or be studying towards a Financial Planning Diploma and seeking a new challenge. We would ideally be seeking someone who is comfortable staying within the Administrative function
