Conveyancing Legal Secretary

A Conveyancing Legal Secretary is required to join a High Street Law Firm in Birmingham.

Our client is a leading regional firm based in Birmingham and are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Residential Conveyancing team. They offer a first class service to private and corporate customers and provide a full range of legal services.

You should be an experienced Legal Secretary with at least 1 years experience working within Residential Conveyancing.

The following experience is essential:
Knowledge of the Residential Conveyancing Process
Using a Case Management System
Land Registry Searches and Preparation of contracts
Drafting of Transfers and Completion statements
Filing, Copy Typing and Audio Typing
Dealing with telephone enquiries and diary management

This is a full time position, salary negotiable depending on experience.
