Badenoch & Clark are supporting a global organisation based in Surrey to appoint a commercially minded part/newly qualified accountant. You will provide financial/commercial analysis and support for leading divisions within this global organisation to maximise growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

*Managing the budget and planning process
*Business partnering across the organisation in helping to develop and deliver short, medium, and long term strategies
*Supporting in strategic decision making and analysis in all areas of the business
*Design and implement new streamlined management reporting
*Prepare monthly market and competitor analysis and trends
*Liaise on month-end management accounts
*Manipulating large volumes of complex information to identify issues, implications and suggest recommendations to the business.
*Lead, support and assist with ad-hoc projects

The idea candidate will be

*Studying towards the final stages of a recognised accounting qualification or qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA)
Strong decision making skills
*Outgoing, persuasive and a confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
*Strong Excel modelling skills
*Ability to present complex information coherently to large audiences
*Proven experience of planning and budgeting with a clear view on how to present the information and make recommendations
*Discrete and trustworthy as required to work with sensitive and confidential information
