Banking Complaints Case Managers
Huntswood are looking for experienced complaint handlers to join an exciting project in Rosyth.
You will be dealing with a variety of banking related complaints in a middle office environment and be responsible for the customer's end-to-end journey through the complaint handling process.
The ideal candidate will have:
- You will have demonstrable complaint handling experience, ideally within a banking environment
- Experience of dealing with general banking complaints would be advantageous
- Telephony experience is desirable as you will be contacting complainants
- You will have an excellent eye for detail as well as good IT and administration skills
Shifts: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 8pm
The current contract runs through to the end of April 2018.
