We are looking for an exceptional Senior Project Manager to join an instrument manufacturer based in the North West. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will lead a small team of experienced Project Managers and play an essential role in planning, coordinating, implementing, tracking and reporting of product development projects.

As a real 'people person’, your role will involve liaising extensively with other departments including engineers, R&D and manufacturing as well as interacting with customers on a regular basis.

The successful candidate must be robust, commercially minded, and be able to influence people to resolve conflicts.

- Project Management experience in a relevant field,

- Experience with full lifecycle technical developments,

- Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies,

- Excellent people skills and strong leadership with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts,
