In this role the service manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the business and ensuring that the installation engineers and service engineer deliver an excellent standard of service to new and existing customers.

This is an excellent role for a service manager to join a company where you will play a major part in the development and growth of the company and earn over £60000 through bonuses.

The Role:

*You will be directly responsible for the service engineer and installation engineers.
*Training and evaluation of engineers to ensure appropriate standards are achieved.
*Follow up customer telephone enquiries and written quotations.
*Resolve technical/support issues both in service and products.
*Site and customer visits.

The Person:

*Candidates will have needed to have operated within a ISO9001:2015 environment.
*Must have service management experience.
*The candidate will ideally have experience in a highly regulated industry such as medical devise, pharmaceutical or laboratory.
