Sales Advisor In coming calls / Adminstrator
SafetyLiftinGear specialise in the supply of Lifting and Fall Protection products across the UK.
Based at our Head office in Avonmouth Bristol in our friendly sales office the position involves,
Handling in coming sales calls from customers and try and convert the call into an order.
Where possible up sell additional products and premium items.
Processing sales and internet orders to insure they are entered correctly onto our systems and insuring the orders leave on time and are to the customers exact requirements
Other duties include helping customers with late or incorrect deliveries and coordinating with our carrier companies to insure the issue results in a positive conclusion.
Applicants must have a confident and friendly telephone manner, the ability to work under pressure and insure precise and accurate processing of orders with lots of attention to detail and good IT skills.

Applicants after training have the opportunity to earn additional commission on there sales.
Hours 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
