My client is a leading property services company in the UK that specialises in offering social housing, education and commercial sectors within the built environment. The majority of the work entails Kitchens & Bathrooms, elements of roofing and windows and EWI works.
Due to an increase in workload, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join the organisation to assist in the call centre team. This is an ongoing temporary contract within a reputable national company.
Your role will include booking in repairs and maintenance works on a social housing contract.

Key duties:
? Provide excellent customer service over the telephone, via e-mail and face to face.
? Use in house systems and Microsoft packages to log enquiries and calls.
? Provide administrative support to line managers where required.

You will also have:
? Experience handling housing related enquiries within a fast paced environment.
? Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
? Demonstrate the passion to add value and consistently provide a high level of customer service.

The successful Customer Service Advisor will demonstrate the ability to make an immediate impact and in return for your efforts the organisation will seek to provide a long term position within the organisation.
