Human Capital Ventures are supporting an Enterprise Organisation in the recruitment of several Contract IT Service Analysts to support their Global Windows 10 Deployment to work either on their Days or Night Service Desk Function on an initial 3-6 month contract. Full training will be provided on Window 10 Functionality, Support and Incident Management Processes with the successful candidates responsible for responding to calls to the Service Desk Function registering tickets on their ITSM Platform, providing basic fault finding on the new OS and related technologies and escalating to the relevant resolver groups where necessary. Candidates will ideally posess a minimum of 12 months IT Service Desk experience with knowledge supporting users on Windows operating systems (Not necessarily Win10) and Microsoft Business applications. Our client is looking for candidates on an initial 3 - 6 months’ contract basis and is flexible with regard whether this is on an hourly rate or pro-rata fixed basis and has opportunities working either day or night shift. Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire Rate: £14.00 - £16.00 per/hour Tenure: 3 - 6 Month Contract Basis
