Description

  • Process all purchase invoices

  • Ensure all purchase invoices have been authorised and coded

  • Verify calculations

  • Check sales invoices

  • Post all sales invoices to the sales ledger and chase non-paying customers daily

  • Receive and process all expense claim forms and requests for payments

Profile

  • Previous exposure to working within an accounts office

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills

  • Knowledge of Sage accounting software, or similar package

  • Understanding of Management Accounts

  • AAT studier/qualified
