A successful company in Solihull are looking to expand their infrastructure and support teams.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing 1st- 2nd line support to internal customers. This will include call logging, follow up/escalation and remote support.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day support of customer hardware and software problems and requests, within a Microsoft windows operating system.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and ambitious with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will have excellent communication skills and come across well over the phone.
