Based at our Head office in Avonmouth Bristol in our friendly sales office the position involves,
Processing sales and internet orders to insure they are entered correctly onto our systems and insuring the orders leave on time and are to the customers exact requirements.
Other adminstration duties include data input, booking deliveries on our carrier software and other general administration tasks.
Depending on prevoius experiance other duties may include helping customers with late or incorrect deliveries and coordinating with our carrier companies to insure the issue results in a positive conclusion.
Applicants must have a confident and friendly telephone manner, the ability to work under pressure and insure precise and accurate processing of orders with lots of attention to detail and good IT skills.

Hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with some occasional overtime usually at worst to 6pm.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
