Our prestigious client is looking for someone with 1st & 2nd line technical skills relating to hardware and software, including IT infrastructure, databases, email, bespoke applications, web application and other associated technology.
Duties will include:
Taking both technical and customer service responsibility for escalated service problems.
Continuous improvement of internal systems through clear communication and documentation.
Supporting internal users over the telephone, via remote connection and face-to-face
Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with clients, colleagues and third parties.
Diagnosing and resolving varied technical issues
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding within agreed time limits to requirements and issues
Prioritising and managing workload
