Hours: Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.30
A field based Service Engineer is required for the Central London area
The primary role is to repair and maintain photocopiers, multi-functional devices and printer's. responding to call outs to customer premises within response times in a professional manner.
Travel will be by using public transport and Central London area travel allowance will be provided
The Photocopier Field Service Engineer will ideally have previous MFD photocopier engineering experience , however this is not essential as training will be provided . The role will involve installing and repairing Xerox devices on customer premises, providing technical advice and in some cases training to customers.
The successful candidate must have proven excellent customer service and customer facing skills. A good knowledge of windows PC's is essential , as the use of it is key to this role. A good understanding of IT protocols and installing printers on a network is also an advantage.
Reporting to the Manpower Service Delivery Manager the Field Service Engineer will also be responsible achieving internal measurements and adherence to quality processes within the business set by both the Client and Manpower.
