1st Line Support; Manchester City Centre; Up to £20k DOE

1st Line Support professional required by leading Managed Services Provider in their new Manchester office. This vibrant company offer infrastructure solutions to a number of diverse customers. They are a very people orientated company who's motto is "work hard, play harder" and are also industry accredited, in partnership with leading technology vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco and HP to name a few.

The role will be operating in the Microsoft & application arena as well as general administration tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving tickets on the Service Desk as well as day-to-day delivery of technical support.

·Supporting Windows Server 2008/2012

·Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2016
·Networking (routers, switches & firewalls)
·Data backup technologies
·Service Desk experience
