Service Desk Analyst | London | £30,000pa

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Service Desk Analyst to join a well-established high end IT Service Provider based in one of their luxurious London offices.

Windows | Windows Servers | Office 365 | Exchange | Mac OSX | Active Directory

The opportunity is to work within a fast paced customer facing role where you will be responsible for providing 1st & 2nd Line Support. The Service Desk Analyst will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to demonstrate their capability of trouble-shooting and resolving issues on both Windows and Mac operating systems and have an understanding of the following technologies:

  • Windows Operating Systems
  • Mac OS X
  • Microsoft Office suites
  • Printing diagnostics and fault resolution
  • Physical device installation such as work stations, monitors, laptops
  • Server Administration
  • Networking
  • Mail Administration
  • Active Directory

This position will allow the Service Desk Analyst the chance to be exposed to the latest cutting edge technologies and work within a vibrant, energetic and fun environment. The Service Desk Analyst will need to have a professional and courteous telephone manner and be able to develop and maintain long lasting relationships with both customers and colleagues. Customer service in addition to technical ability are critical to the success of this role.
