Client Ledger Assistant - Legal Cashier

Your new role
As a Client Ledger Assistant you will be tasked with the following duties:
- Day to day running of client accounts
- Checking completion statements
- Posting of bills
- Posting monies received by clients
- Bank reconciliations weekly/monthly
- Completing compliance, money laundering and fraud checks
- Checking ledger statements
- Transfer of monies between accounts
- Assisting the Finance Manager as required
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in accounts and be very highly numerate and accurate, able to work under pressure and manage your own workload and confident enough to communicate well with other departments. The organisation is very involved and they are looking to ensure that the person that joins is excited by this, very sociable and someone that enjoys taking part in departmental activities. This role can be seen as an extension of a Purchase Ledger with more complexity and variation to the role.
What you'll get in return
You will be generously paid between £17,000-£19,000 depending on experience, on top of this you will be auto enrolled into the standard pension scheme. You will have 25 days annual leave which is very generous for a role at this level and you will be a part of a great working environment.
