Corporate Finance Senior Manager / Assistant Director opportunity within a Top Tier Corporate Finance Advisory practice specialising in M&A, MBO / MBI involving Trade and Private Equity buyers and also IPO transactions. Based at the firms Manchester Offices this role would suit an ACA / ACCA Qualified Accountant who has already progressed to Manager / Senior Manager level and seeks long term career progression to Director / Partner within a leading team.
This specialist Corporate Finance Advisory practice is renowned for handling transactions ranging from Mid-Market (£20m - £50m deal values) through to large high profile deals and IPO transactions. The team is led by very experienced Corporate Finance Partners whose reputations within the North West market are second to none. After a very successful year the Manchester Office is expecting 2018 to be even stronger with current pipeline of projects at record levels.
Joining the firm as a Corporate Finance Senior Manager you will be a key part of a team of dedicated Lead Advisory professionals focused on M&A, MBO / MBI trade buyers and private equity investors in addition to IPO transactions. Deals will typically be a mixture of Mid-Market (£20m - £50m) and large corporate (£100m+ deal value) across a wide range of industry sectors and involving the larger, more prolific PE Houses in the North West.
As Corporate Finance Senior Manager you will lead transactions from end to end involving a Director at various stages to ensure completion of deals, handle technical deal related work and devote time to building the your network within the Manchester & North West professional community.

You will be an ACA / ACCA Qualified Accountant able to demonstrate the following:
- Background within Top 10 / Mid Tier Chartered Practice
- Previous experience of corporate finance transaction work (min.3-5 years)
