Care First Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting a Business Analyst with experience of Adult Social Care to work alongside Tri-Borough on a temporary basis. You will initially be required for 3 months with a possible view to extension.

Purpose of role:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join a busy tri-borough analytical team. The Business Analysis Team provides all analytical and performance management support to the Adult Social Care department for the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster City Council.

Main Duties:

This is a team who is in high demand, so to be successful in this role you will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment, manage multiple analysis projects simultaneously and meet challenging deadlines. With a background in business intelligence, analysis or service improvement you will be able to work with complex data, draw independent conclusions and make recommendations to support key business decisions.

Key requirements / Skills required:

You should have excellent IT skills with particular strengths in Microsoft Excel and reporting software such as Business Objects. With strong communication and engagement skills, you will be able to lead and manage projects, working independently to deliver agreed outcomes and represent the team to stakeholders and external partners. If you enjoy being challenged, balancing a varying workload and developing a deeper understanding of business data, rather then just reporting it, this could be the role for you.
