Due to natural growth, an award winning Medical Recruitment Agency in South East London is looking for an inspiring Learning & Development Officer to join their expanding team and help deliver training to colleagues at sites across the UK and Australia.

As part of the role you will be responsible for a whole range of training related activities, including new starter inductions/training, ongoing training and refresher courses (1 to 1, group training, etc.), training needs analysis, performance management and personal development, and the development of a variety of training materials.
You should already have some experience in a training role, and this will ideally be in a recruitment or sales environment. Aside from this, all you need are exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for the development of others.
