An opportunity has arisen for a contractor to work for a period of 12 months to provide support services to a growing financial services organisation. You will ensure the smooth running of the day to day activities enabling core teams to focus on their duties. You will assist colleagues, third parties and clients with bespoke queries and seek workable solutions to any issues raised as well as assisting the Operations Manager in providing oversight of user activities and queries.

Qualifications/Experience
It is essential that you have worked for a Financial Services organisation previously, ideally within an IFA firm. Strong and effective communication skills, both oral and written. Very good knowledge of the full Microsoft Office package. Strong planning and organisational skills, having the ability to organise and prioritise workloads. Accuracy and attention to detail being key. To be adaptable within an ever changing environment with the ability to work to tights deadlines. Ability to identify process improvements and greater efficiencies. Self driven, motivated, innovative and good at problem solving. Able to stay calm under pressure. Strong team player but also able to work independently and use initiative. Able to see the whole picture and understand end-to-end processes. Customer focused, ensuring positive customer experience is at the core of all activities undertaken.
