GPSK Ltd is a growing company specialising in online sales via web-stores and online auctions sites. Our sales are generated worldwide and in different currencies. We also have an active B2B team who specialise in large volumes and account customers.

We are looking for a Finance manager to manage our accounts department. The suitable candidate will also need to be involved in streamlining our Accounts/ERP package. We are looking at upgrading to either Sage 200 or Netsuite and any experience working with either of the these software's would be highly desirable.

Job Specifications

Essential Experience

  • Management and training of two accounts assistants
  • Bank reconciliation- multi currency would be an advantage
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Mortgage and loan reconciliations
  • VAT returns- European vat returns would be an advantage
  • Management of Invoice financing bank accounts and data
  • Cash-flow forecast
  • Sales ledger
  • Purchase ledger
  • Payment of all suppliers- international would be an advantage
  • Department reporting
  • Maintaining the ledgers
  • Management accounts
  • Preparation of year end accounts for external accountants
  • Payroll and pension
  • HR- handbooks, h&s, contracts and holidays

Desirable Experience

These tasks are desirable but not essential as full training will be given

  • Intrastat arrivals and dispatches
  • EC Sales list
  • EC Sales monitoring and reporting
  • Purchasing multi currency
  • RCSL
  • Experience of online worldwide retail
  • Import and export

Systems- Must be a competent user of Sage 50 Accounts, Competent user of Microsoft Excel including vlookups, formulas etc, Microsoft word (ERP system and Sage 200/ Netsuite would be an advantage)

Qualifications & Experience- Minimum AAT level 3 qualification Level 4 Preferred.
