1st Line Help-desk Analyst
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join an Inhouse IT team to assist with any issues or queries that may arise.
This role is to provide 1st line support for all IT systems within the company, assisting in restarting/fixing any problems with the website, software, databases and email/communication systems.
- 1st Line Support for all internal and external programs, websites & services
- User administration on all IT systems, logging and processing hardware & software requests
- Analyse all incidents/system crashes and provide correct diagnosis
- Daily management of internal inboxes
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm plus opportunity to earn bonuses and other benefits
