A market leading organisation is looking for a Business Analyst to join their project management team in the Kingston Upon Thames area in Surrey.

To be suitable for this BA requirement, you will be experienced in CRM, web or digital based projects.

As the Business Analyst you will of course have the responsibility of engaging with business users and senior stakeholders based globally to effectively gather all relevant information, requirements and further develop key relationships with external parties. Working as part of a small dedicated team; this is an environment where you can add value and make an impact within the company. Please note their may be the opportunity for some occasional travel abroad.

Key requirements:
*Experience of working on software, web and CRM implementations
*Requirement gathering and business analysis using multiple methodologies e.g. waterfall and agile
*Experience of working within IT project management teams
*Strong customer / business facing skills and stakeholder management
*Ability to produce documentation including requirements, wireframes, story boards and screen mock ups
*Ability to produce and review business cases
*Be part of peer review sessions with other Business Analysts
*Create test plans for unit, functional, and user testing
*Ability to work well within small teams
*Ensure documents are complete, current, version controlled and appropriately stored.

The salary on offer for this Business Analyst role is up to £50,000 and will be based on the level of experience demonstrated.
