A top law firm based in Cardiff seeks a Conveyancing Team Leader to further head up one of their highly successful teams. Salary is competitive in the marketplace plus bonus and additional benefits.

The firm have an emphasis on property but also deal with private client, litigation, corporate and employment. The directors of the firm have come from a background of working at Top 100 Law firms and have a wealth of experience between them.

The conveyancing teams handle the full range of transactions from straightforward sales and purchases to equity release, lease extensions, new builds and specialist finance. Due to growth, the firm is now seeking to appoint an additional Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or non-qualified Fee Earner to manage a small team of assistants whilst managing a caseload of sale and purchase Conveyancing matters.

You will be a Conveyancer with at least 2 Years' experience and be confident with management alongside handling your own volume caseload from inception to completion. Previous management experience is not essential provided you have the confidence and leadership skills required for this role.
