A key member of the marketing team for the London brands of Countrywide PLC and reporting to the Marketing Manager.
Brands include: Hampton`s International, John D Wood & Co., Greene & Co., Hetheringtons, Alan De Maid, Fitz-Gibbon, APW Properties, CHK Mountford and Vanet.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work with the Marketing Manager on the development and execution of brand marketing strategy to generate leads, drive revenue and build the brands
Develop effective marketing campaigns
Assisting with the creation of the core brand and sales collateral, with responsibility for ensuring materials are up to date and delivered at a high-quality level
Partnering with various stakeholders to support the development of deliverables including but not limited to campaigns, branding, advertising, thought leadership creation, collateral generation and customer email
Writing for collateral, direct marketing, newsletters and internal newsletters
Contributing to marketing campaign idea generation, planning, coordination and reporting
Assisting with the measurement of KPIs on marketing campaigns
Assisting with event and activation planning and execution
PR liaison with our internal PR team to help identify editorial opportunities
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role within the professional services or property industry
You will be degree educated (or equivalent) and a Marketing (CIM) qualification would be preferred but not essential
You will require strong account management and project management skills, along with excellent communication skills
The successful individual will have the ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team, whilst also having a close attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multitask
