Monday-Friday 9.00-5.30 Saturday 9-12 (1-2 per month on a rota basis- paid as overtime)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen working for a professional, vibrant and well established Insurance company based near Romford.
My client is looking for a candidate with exceptional customer service skills and previous insurance experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Dealing with inbound calls and quoting for insurance
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Identifying needs and cross selling policies
- Dealing with customer enquiries in a professional manner
- Processing quotes and taking payments
