Accounts Administrator Part Time
Our client in Cardiff is seeking a Part Time Accounts Administrator (20 hours per week) to join them for a period of around 3-4 months.
Duties to include:
- Setting up monthly cash book files, purchase ledger files
- Logging receipts of cheque books and obtaining authorised signatures
- Taking telephone calls, resolving queries with managers and taking messages
- Obtaining authorised signatures for invoices, expenditure authorisation forms and bank mandates
- Recording the receipt of cash and cheques, providing receipts for staff
- Liaising with the finance officer to review the aged debtor analysis and follow up on unpaid invoices
- Preparing mileage claims for monthly invoices
- General administration
Basic excel skills required, used accountancy packages, Sage Line 50 would be advantageous.
