A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and experienced Assistant Management Accountant who is looking to take the next step in their career with a forward thinking and growing technology business based in Manchester City Centre 5 minute walk from Piccadilly Train Station.

The successful candidate will be joining a supportive, outgoing and friendly team and working in a progressive hands on role which will offer the successful candidate a great opportunity to gain invaluable experience and exposure in order for them to progress and take on more responsibility.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an Assistant Management Accountant who has at least 2 years' experience in a similar role and wants to take the 'next step' in their career which will allow them to gain more exposure to the month end process and the full production of Monthly Management Accounts.

Responsibilities will include:

* Preparation of monthly management accounts
* Production of budgets and forecasts
* Detailed variance analysis and investigation
* Regularly liaison with senior budget holders, providing financial advice and support

To be considered for this role:

* AAT Qualified or Educated to Degree Level
* Studying towards ACCA/CIMA (not essential)
* Excellent Communication skills
* Dedicated to a career in accounts and willing to progress
* Motivated Self Starter
