A modern independent chartered practice (top 100) with a strong North West presence and a reputation for advising SME's and corporate businesses typically ranging up to c.£30m t/o.

The firm's Corporate Finance Advisory team handles M&A, MBO / MBI and Finance raising transactions in addition to strategic finance projects involving mid-market clients, PE/VC Investors, banks and alternative funders. Deals are typically within the small to medium space c.£1m - £10m, occasionally larger.

The firm is now looking to appoint a Corporate Finance Partner to lead the delivery of Corporate Finance solutions to the firm's clients and to external businesses in the wider North West market.

Joining the team as a Partner you will work across all of the firm's client portfolio's liaising with Partners regularly to ensure all opportunities to deliver corporate finance solutions are followed up and managed.

Your remit will be to advise clients on all aspects of corporate and strategic finance projects such as M&A transactions, raising finance for growth, forecasting for bank purposes, due diligence on potential acquisitions and preparation of business plans for new ventures.

You will also be tasked with representing the firm in the wider deal market to generate opportunities and work referrals to facilitate the growth of the Corporate Finance Practice.

As a Partner within this award winning practice you will benefit from:

You will be ACA / ACCA Qualified, have trained within audit or tax at a Top 10 or Mid Tier Chartered Accountancy Practice and have current experience (2 years minimum within corporate finance deal work.

You will aspire to leading transactions at small and mid-market level as an Partner and have the ambition work ethic required to build a successful corporate finance practice within an award winning firm.
