An award winning awarding body are recruiting for a Centre Coordinator to manage relationships with centres who assess chartership applications.
As someone with strong customer service and account management skills you will be responsible for maximising application revenue from centres, liaising with stakeholders, managing/reporting on performance against targets and SLAs as well as developing systems and processes.
Ideally coming from an awarding or professional body background, you will coordinate all centre referrals and applications to become assessment centres as well as organise and deliver their induction training, create implementation plans and support centres to assess their learners.
You will also have an understanding of the qualification market in order to deliver the chartership assessment through centre partners, ensuring effective centre operations and delivery and manage assessment quality and standards by developing and overseeing smooth processes, services and delivery models.
You will also work with internal colleagues to brief, scope and launch assessment capability as well as ensuring partner assessors are trained & monitored against assessment standards, organise buddy support and ongoing centre assessor development.
