The Role

This role is based in our claims management team where you will be providing a quality claims handling service, dealing with customer enquiries and the processing of claim settlements within the scope of the policy terms and conditions. As part of the team, you will have excellent customer service and communications skills to build strong relationships with external and internal customers. You will contribute to team targets as well as meeting individual targets and will have to work to agreed standards to meet SLA and FCA requirements.

Previous experience is not essential as training will be given, however you will need a can-do attitude and the willing to learn and further your skills.
