One Vision Housing are seeking a Financial Inclusion Officer to provide a comprehensive welfare benefits advice service to One Vision Housing customers, with a focus on supporting those on Universal Credit. To assist the Financial Inclusion Team in meeting performance targets and objectives.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience of advice and advocacy in the area of Welfare Benefits entitlement including Universal Credit, housing benefit, disability, and work benefits and a comprehensive knowledge of the Welfare Benefits system including experience in benefit applications, appeals and tribunals.
