Local, long established Nacoss Gold Electronic Security Systems Installations Company currently has a vacancy for a Sales and Operations Manager to join the team.

The company provide specialist Installation and Maintenance Services of Electronic Security and Fire Alarm Systems for a variety of local customers. This position within the company is a pivotal role being involved in many aspects of the operations of the business.

The main function of the role is daily operations - managing work loads, overall work schedules and overall management of the engineering team.

Dealing with the existing clients and developing relationships and nurturing the repeat business from them. Another function of the role will be to be proactive in the development of business from new clients, largely from company generated leads but also some self generated

The company is looking for a Security Industry professional, with a good background in the Industry in either engineering or sales, with industry management experience. The applicant will need to work well within a close team and be looking to make an impact and make the role their own.

The company are very friendly and supportive, the engineering team are a close team that work really well together.
