Conveyancing Legal Clerk
My client is currently looking for an experienced property Legal Clerk for their Southport office.
The role will consist of handling a caseload of sale, purchase and re-mortgage files utilising a case management system.
The suitable candidate will be managing the progression of cases from inception to completion, liaising with clients, referrers and estate agents. Duties will include telephone enquiries, daily correspondence and face to face interaction with estate agents, referrers and clients.
The candidate will need to have at least 12 months hands on experience in sales and purchases etc, great IT skills and knowledge of a case management system. You will be well organised, professional and be able to multitask, whilst enjoying working in a team.
Salary is negotiable on experience.
