Due to a gap within their Science department from Easter, our client school in Oldham are looking to appoint a qualified Science teacher to join them on a full time basis, and to teach Science across Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Pay in line with teaching scale point (£22,917 - £38,633 per annum)

Situated on the Oldham-Manchester border, our client school is a large, modern secondary school with outstanding provisions for learning. The school recently moved to a purpose built site with teaching and learning at the forefront of its design and attainment and pupil progress has climbed in recent years, along with improvements in pupil behaviour during lessons and around the school. The incoming Science teacher will join a well functioning Science department with a track record of delivering excellent results across 11-16.
The incoming Science teacher will have the opportunity to take the summer term on a supply basis before committing to a school based contract from September 2018, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position within the school. The school regular invests resources and time in the development of staff with opportunity for career progression and specific CPD.
