OneFamily are looking to recruit an experienced individual who has previously support IFA’s. This role sits within our commercial team in Brighton

Purpose of the role:

You will primarily be responsible for pre and post-sale administration of the policies sold through the Intermediary Financial Advisors, health brokers and 3rd party partnerships. You will be the primary point of contact with the Key Account Manager (KAMS) and Intermediaries direct both by telephone and written correspondence on our increasing range of financial products.

Key accountabilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring and actioning the IFA inbox on a daily basis responding within a maximum of 3 hours during the working day
  • Take direct inbound calls from Intermediaries
  • Make outbound calls as required
  • Responsible for ensuring all administration procedures are carried out within a timely manner. Following through if another team needs to action
  • Apply Money Laundering Procedures to all administration, closures and report any suspicious transactions
  • Answering IFA enquires by the appropriate channel - e mail, letter or telephone ensuring there is
  • job description - intermediary support executive
  • a clear audit trail
  • To ensure processes are documented, and all user guides and associated documentation is maintained on a monthly basis or when required
  • Responsible for the administration of IFA correspondence across the complete life cycle of the policy
  • To contribute to improvement and project initiatives, including input to user requirements, test planning and carrying out UAT
  • Action reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Produce management information for intermediary channel and 3rd Party relationships.

Skills, knowledge & experience:

The successful candidate will have:

  • good level of education, CFP1 and Foundation Product Knowledge being desirable
  • good customer service skills
  • excellent written and verbal skills
  • ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure
