Your role

We are currently looking for an experienced Group Bids Advisor to join a global organisation in theirLeeds office. As a Group Bids Advisor you will manage the design, development, production and delivery of sales support documentation both on and off line. In addition to this you will support as business development and sales activity, as well as contributing to business growth.



Your responsibilities
As directed by the Group Bids Manager, process manage the creation, crafting and development of accurate and effective bid documentation and tenders through drafting and final approved client submission proposals To work alongside Business Development, Group SME’s and external parties to draw out the relevant information, as appropriateTo prepare documentation to support initial reviews and business cases to enable bid/no bid decisions, at the request and direction of the Group Bids ManagerTo ensure all digital assets of the team are safely archived and backed up on the business shared networkTo work as a team with colleagues to ensure the team’s operational performance against deadline targets and KPIs Where appropriate, to provide support for new business development meetings, via attendance at face to face meetings with prospective customers to provide specialist knowledge over the contents of the bid documentation packCreative writing, proof reading and editorial responsibility, to include reworking technical content to support the response and to be customer focussedCo-ordinate and liaison for the graphic/creative element of proposals and collateralProvide support as necessary to the pre- and post- proposal activities Develop response templates for use by Group Bids Team for bid/proposal submissionsLiaise with Marketing to ensure that document templates and assets are on Brand and kept up to date Repurpose using graphics packages e.g. Indesign of approved/on brand assets for use in client bids, presentations and supporting communications
