About the role: We are seeking to appoint an energetic and enthusiastic teacher of English who is able to teach at KS3, 4 and 5 and join our 'outstanding' English Department (Ofsted February 2012). We will be willing to consider people looking for responsibility or to advance to AST/Excellent Teacher Status.
About Lambeth Academy: Lambeth Academy is one of the most improved schools in the country. Our English Department was officially judged to be 'outstanding' following an Ofsted subject inspection in February 2012 and we are keen to ensure that this practice is reflected in other areas across the school, using English as the driver. You would be joining us at an exciting stage of our journey to become outstanding. We are a diverse and vibrant community and are situated close to Clapham Common.
