Payroll Manager - Central London - 5* Luxury Hotel - Immediate Start

This is an exciting opportunity to join a 5* Luxurious Hotel brand in central London. As the Payroll Manager you will be solely responsible for the payroll function of over 400 employees on a monthly basis. You will also be a major part of system change from ADP Freedom and EzLabour to ADP iHCM and Realtime - and intergrated system. You will be managing the project and making sure this runs smoothly.

Core Duties:

  • Payroll - 2 Entities, 400 employees
  • Pension management /reconciliation
  • Benefit management and coordination
  • To coordinate with Account Receivable / Credit for colleague city ledger.
  • To coordinate with Account payable for monthly colleague taxation payment.
  • Monthly reconciliation of colleague taxation, for year-end reporting to government tax office.
  • To distribute the colleague income tax report on a timely manner.
  • To supply monthly reports to the Operation Analyst / Cost Controller

Key Experience:

  • ADP System experience
  • Previous experience within Hotel Chain payroll function
