For this SENCO role based in Kent, the ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge on special education as well as strong management and leadership skills. You will be required to lead and manage a rather large team, considering this is a primary school and the majority will be support staff. You must have experience teaching across all key stages in primary as well as the ability to model outstanding practice.
