Business Development Manager - The Role:

  • Revenue from new Accountant monthly subscriptions, annual / bi-annual renewals and bulk licenses within a territory as defined by the Sales Manager
  • As appropriate meet Accountants practices off site to present and introduce the business to new accounting partners
  • Arrange, host and sell places to people at events
  • Attend weekly 121 with Sales Manager
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and activity targets as allocated by Sales Manager
  • Customer feedback and tasks for Product Development team
  • Arrange, host and sell certified training sessions to accountants.
  • Arrange training events for adhoc requests that come through from accountants/small businesses

Business Development Manager - The Candidate:

  • Self-starter, able to work on his/her own initiative
  • Proven new business sales skills
  • Relationship builder
  • High energy, strong motivator
  • 3-5 years field sales experience
  • Proven coaching skills (existing team of 5 is young, and in some cases very inexperienced)
  • Self-starter, able to work on his/her own initiative
