1st & 2nd Line IT Support
The Office Support Division at SF Group are currently recruiting for a 3 week Temporary 1st & 2nd Line IT Support for their client based on the out skirts of the City Centre.
- You will be covering 1st & 2nd Line support. You must be able to hit the ground running dealing with support tickets working with the GlobalIT team
- Being a first point of contact to deal with the initial diagnoses and prioritisation of all incidents and service requests and preform first line resolution when required
- You will be required to give support in person, email or via remote support tools. Communicating with internal users when required and escalating to 3rd support where necessary
- Preferably you must be ITIL trained or qualified
- Have good knowledge of windows operating system, active directory account and file permission
- Have experience with installations, maintenance for various desktop operations
