eCommerce Manager

London - £48,000 - £55,000 + bonus, benefits

Our client is seeking a e-Commerce or Online National Account Manager for their expanding e-Commerce channel. You will be owning a number of online accounts driving sales across the portfolio.

You will be working with leading consumer goods brands that are household names, and owned by most! • Build strategic plans to identify how to win and where to play with customers to maximise both the client and customer’s strategic synergies

• Plan, develop and agree an annual Joint Business Plan with specified customers

• Monitor, progress and review business plans with the customer and with the Head of Sales activating contingency plans when needed

• Agree and help execute co-marketing and monthly promotional plans with customers

• Conduct eCommerce business analysis for specified customers through KPIs and Joint Value creation agreements

• Set Joint Value creation agreements with accounts and monitor for execution

• Agree listings for all new product and brands as appropriate

• Work with customer marketing to ensure ‘Best in Class’ brand assets are implemented on sites

• Design with Commercial team an annual plan of activity for eCommerce partners

• Meet company growth targets for eCommerce customers on a quarterly/yearly basis


  • At least 4 years’ experience e-Commerce in a UK FMCG/Retailer
  • You have experience in working with major ecommerce accounts including Amazon
  • Digital marketing is an interest
  • You are very organised and operate with high level of discipline
  • You have excellent organisation skills, prioritising your tasks effectively and thriving when working under pressure with tight deadlines
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are digitally aware and competent using digital platforms and applications
  • Experience in working with large eCommerce account
  • Experience in eCommerce
  • Experience in building brand layout pages and brand communication on ecommerce sites
  • Understanding of social media – experienced end to end user of multi-platform sites
  • Degree educated

You must have UK FMCG experience and the right to work in the UK without sponsorship to work for this client
