Payroll Operations Manager

To manage a team delivering a variety of payrolls for a range of clients.

Key objectives of the role

* Manage and co-ordinate the delivery of payrolls for a variety of client requirements.
* Managing the payroll team to support the Payroll Director and develop a high performing team.
* Managing and delivering client payrolls to agreed SLA's
* Act as the key point of reference for all technical payroll matters.
* Managing and resolving client queries and acting as the key escalation contact.

Key Requirements

* Demonstrate previous experience of managing a complex payroll function.
* Ability to manage a large payroll team and work to multiple payroll deadlines.
* Demonstrate excellent current technical payroll knowledge.
